Windmills provides direct design and delivery of a range of Windmills programmes to organisations, but many of our clients choose to work with us through a Windmills Licensing arrangement. A Licence allows professionals in the learning and development field to be trained and accredited to deliver Windmills programmes and resources to their own employees and clients.
Initially we train these individuals to become ‘Windmills Champions’ and they are then able to adapt and deliver training according to their specific organisation and client group needs.
This cost effective option has allowed many organisations to increase internal capacity by allowing hundreds of individuals to deliver the internationally renowned Windmills programmes to their employees/clients whilst having the freedom to adapt the programme content and delivery methods to meet a vast range of specific organisational and employee requirements. This multiplier effect has ensured thousands of individuals are better equipped to manage their careers, personal development and lives more effectively.
